A year ago, Morris was suddenly struck by an incurable disease called vasculitis, which paralyzed his leg. Death knocked loudly on his door. There was nothing the doctors could do. But later, something incredible happened. After being bedridden for 10 months, unable to walk or go on trips, Morris received a supernatural miracle at the hands of God.
“It’s probably the biggest miracle I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve seen thousands of people miraculously healed, but I haven’t seen anything like what happened to me. The doctors dropped their hands. I was paralyzed… I was moving around in a wheelchair for about a year,” Cerullo said.
“When this miracle happened, God spoke to me to tell the world about Him. God said: “When you tell and bear witness to this miracle, my healing presence will heal those who need my miraculous power.”
Following his miraculous healing, Dr. Cerullo served in Panama, Brazil, Ecuador, Nigeria, Congo, Zimbabwe, Israel, Sri Lanka, India, and Mexico in late 2016. He is currently on a two-week tour of the Middle East and Africa, including Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, and Ethiopia.
Dr. Morris Cerullo has announced his 20 Miracle Nights (meetings) throughout North America and Europe later this year.
This year Dr. Cerullo is celebrating 70 years of service to the peoples of the world and 65 years of marriage to his beautiful wife Teresia.
In his latest book, “The Legend of Morris Cerullo: How God Used an Orphan to Change the World,” Cerullo spoke very candidly about the miracle.
“Autobiography goes back to my roots. Most people see Morris on the platform in countries like India with 500,000 people in one ministry, but they don’t know the real me. So, I want to let them know how I experienced the grace of God in my own life, how God took an orphan boy who lost his mother when he was two and was left with a drunken father who had five other children, and how the hand of God from the time I was a little boy growing up in a Jewish orphanage so mysteriously led me to a supernatural encounter with Jesus, my Messiah,” he said.
